Planning for your Pregnancy Test Appointment with Sound Choices please note the following:

• A pregnancy test appointment is a prerequisite for receiving an ultrasound.
• At the pregnancy test appointment, a consultation with a member of our medical team will determine whether an ultrasound will be scheduled.
• All services are free and confidential.
• Bring a photo ID to your appointment.
• We do limit the number of people in our lobby. If bringing an adult guest with you, they will remain in their vehicle.
• We have two buildings. Please come to the pregnancy clinic on the right-hand side.
• Please put the first day of your last period in the comments section.

What to Expect

You will meet with one of our patient advocates and/or medical staff for a consultation and paperwork. While here for a pregnancy test, you’ll need to provide a urine sample during your appointment. You will receive your pregnancy test results before you leave.
